WHEREAS, said subdivider has snbaaitted a new tentative
map of said subdivision which has been approved by the Planning
Commission and City Council;

BE IT FORMER RESOLVED that all streets, portions of streets,

hereby are accepted as dedicated for public use subject to improve-
ment of said streets in accordance with standards establiahed by
the City Council and the City Engineer;
;E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use easements for public
utilities, sanitary and storm sewers as shown on said map within
said subdivision are hereby accepted as dedicated for public use;
such strips of land to be kept open and free from buildings or
structures of any kind except utility company structures and
lawful fences.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that slope maintenance easements,

as shown on said map within said subdivision are hereby accepted
as dedicated for public use for the purpose of protecting and
maintaining roadside slopes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 1' reserve designated as
"1' RESERVE" and indicated by the dashed lines is hereby
accepted for public use but reserved exclusively for owners of
lots within the subdivision until such time as said reserve
be terminated by the City Council.
