NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
SOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1, That the Board of Supervisors of Santa Clara
County either enter into an agreement with the City or adopt a
resolution specifying the project, the source of funds, the
amount and the fact that the County is willing for the City of
Palo Alto to claim the matching credit for the expenditure of

of funds by the County on the Oregon Avenue Expressway so
that the City may report such expenditures as City matching
funds in its September, 1964 report.
SECTION 2. That a copy of such agreement or resolution
be filed with the Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways as promptly and expeditiously as possible.
