RESOLUTION OF THE COiNNCIL OF 1M2 CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 3797
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT
WHEREAS, a subdivision map designated es Tract No. 3797
Condominium Subdivision of Duplexes, Charleston Manor, being
a portion of the Rancho Rincon de San Francisquito, Palo Alto,
California, prepared by Charles A. Johnson, Civil Engineer,
dated July 1964 and received by the Engineering Department
City of Pelo Alto July 15, 1964, Engineering Bulletin 64-55,
has been submitted to the City Council fcr its approval; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palo Alto
has heretofore approved said subdivision map and has recommended
that it be approved by this Council subject to inclusion of the
dedication of easements in the Owner"s Certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain subdivision
map designated as Tract No. 3797, Charleston Manor, be and it
is hereby approved subject to inclusion of the dedication of
easements in the Owner's Certificate.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: by a majority vote, Flint voting no., August 17, 1964.
