declares its intention to acquire title in fee simple to the real
property described in Section 2 of this resolution under eminent
domain proceedings, and the City Attorney' of the' City of Palo A3:tc°

of this resolution by a vote of two-thirds of all of the members
of the City Council.
I hereby certify that the whole number of members of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto is fifteen and that the fore-
going resolution was adopted by a vote of more than two-thirds
of all of the members of said Council at its meeting held on
the 13th day of July , 1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Arnold, Beahrs, Byxbee, Comstock, Cooley, Debs, Dias, Rodgers,
Rohrs, Rus, Woodward, Zweng.
