RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHO lS. pUrtuant to Resoltat3.cn of intention No.'3633,
adopted by said Council on May 28, 1963, and its Resolution
calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted
on Jane 22, 1964, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time SAO place fixed therein for
receiving bids for the purchase of. said bonds, and said bids
have been received and publicly opened, examined and declared
by this 'Cowtcil; .
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bide received for the purchase of said
bends, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered
sold to Boettcher and Company
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be
subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice'
of Sale of aaid bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to
have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately
signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the
amount therefor and upon the performance of the conditions con-
tained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same
la hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
the 13 day of July 196 4 , by the
following vote of the members thereof
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Arnold, Baehrs, Byxbee, Comstock, Cooley, Dabs, Dies,
Porter, Rodgers, Rohrs, Rua, Woodward, Zweng.
NOES, Councilmen: none
ABSENT, Councilmen: Creeep. Flint.
