The Council .. of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
§.19n01! .1. That Subeect·f.on (c) of Section 3 of Ordinance
No. 2130 adopted February 25, 1963 being the p .. c Development Plan
for the property known as 641-675 Cowper Street and 525-533 Forest
Avenue (Palo Alto Towers) is h~reby.amended to read as follow&:
" (c) Develment Scl\edule:
Conatruction shall start on or before May 1, 1965
construction and landscapina shall be completed
within eighteen (18) months of start of conatruction."
SECTlQI ·2~. ·· Tbat all other provisions of said ordinance
shall remain in full force and effect as previously adopted.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED: April 13, 1964 by a majority vote.
