RESOLUTION NO. 3729 -
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
REQUESTING WIDIDRAWAL FRCM AiASTRADD.O LIGHTING
DISTRICT (EL CAMINO ANNEXAnON NO. 4) OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY ANNEXED. TO '111E CITY OP PALO ALTO
The Council of the City of Palo Alto do•• RESOLVE aa follows:
SECTION 1. A portion of the property included in the
Arastradero Lighting District has been annexed to the City of Palo
Alto. Said portion is in the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, and is described in EXHIBIT A attAched hereto and
by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION· 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Street and Hiah·
way Code, Section 5853, the Board of Supervisors of Santa Clara
County is requested to exclude such territory .from Araatradero
Lighting District.
INTRODUCED AND PASSSED: March 23, 1964 by a UD&nimous vote.
