• RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP. PALO ALTO
IEQUJSTING THE STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION TO .COMPLETE
WIDENING AND IMPROVEMENT OF EL CAKIMO RIAL BE'tWEEH
SAN FRANCISQUITO PREEK AND UNIVERSITY AVIHUE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
UC'J,'IQI.l.z. That this Council urgee the State Highway com ..
mission to complete the widening and improvement of El Camino
Real in the City of Palo Alto between San Francisquito Creek
and University Avenue.
i~II~ ~~ . That this Council requests that such widening
be to a width of 120 feet and that it will at the proper t~e
and as requested by the Commission establish the ne.cessary
procedures t~ share in the financing of said project on the basis
ot formulas heretofore approved by said Commission.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk send a certified copy of
this resolution to the State Highway Commission and the Depart
ment of Public Works.
