found and determined, and hereby doea find, determine and declare,
that the public intereat and necuaity require the .acquiaition,
construction and completion by the City of Palo Alto of the
following public improvemet, to wit: electric power facilitiea,
SECTU!i 2, That the takina in fee simple of the property
described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and by reference .ade a
part hereof, aituated in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, is neceaaary for 1uch improv•ent.
SECilOfi i· That said proposed acquisition and tmprovement
is planned and :tocated t.t& a manner which will be most compatible
with the greatest public good and the least private injury, and
all of such acquisitions are located within the territorial ltmita
of the City of Palo Alto.
