RESOLtrl'ION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2152, BEING niE P•C DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 980 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD
The Council of the City of Palo Alto doea RESOLVE •• follows:
~CTI_QN 1. That Subsection (e) of Section 3 of Ordinance
No. 2152 adopted July 22, 1963 being the P-C Development Plan
for the property known as 980 Middlefield Road is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"(e) Rt,v!lOJ!!ent Scheclyle:
Construction toward completion of the entire
complex shall beain by June 22~ 1964 and ahall
be completed by June 22, 1965.
§_E£IION 21 That all other provisions of said ordinance
shall remain in full force and effect as previously adopted,
