A.l to DO RESOLVE aa follows s
1. Tbat the load1ng·aonea located on the
nortberl7 ai~e of Univeralty Avenue in Blooka 4, 13 and 20,
a ave and. except .bu.a atopa and theater areaa, be and the
aame are herebJ abolished.. ·~·
2. That 1oad1ns aonea be established on the
northeaaterlJ and southwesterly curb linea ot High Street
and lmereon Street, and on the southwesterly curb linea ot Ra.ona Street and Florence Street, and on the n~rth
eaaterly ourb ~ine or Bryant Street, each of aaid zones
to extend thirty teet northweat•rly along the respective
atreet linea named rrom a point or 'bepnnlng on aaid
respective 1treet i1nea elx r.,et nort~e1terl7 from thB
point ot 1nteraect1on ot each reapeottve curb line with
the northweat6rly property line ot Un1veraitJ Avenue.
Mepeale~ -~. That a loading zone be eatabliahed along
the northeaat::;rly curb line ot Emerson Street, beg1nn1np;
at a point on aaid line distant northwesterly 170 teet
rrom the northwes~arly property line ot University Avenue,
and oontinuing nor'thwesterly alon·g aaia aurb line for a
diatanee or 20 teet from said point or beginning. -
4. That a loading sone be establiahed on the
aouthwesterl7 curb line of Bryant Street, beginning at
a point distant 159 feet tr6a the intersection or said
ourb lin& with the southeasterly property line of Hamilton
AveDUe, and continuing for 21 feet southeasterly along said
curb lin$ from the point of begi~ning.
5. The Chief of Pollee is hereby directed to
cause auch loading zones to be appropriatelJ marked.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and paased at a regular meeting of
the BOard of Public Safety of the City ot Palo Alto held on
the 17th day of October, 1930, by the following vote:
AYES: seale, Slater, Mrs. Thomas.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
