directed the Clty Engineer to deliver to the Street
Superintendent a diagram for th131 tlasessm.ent of sxpenaes
of tho improvement of Cam'brtdge Avenue ur..der Ord1nanoe
ot Intention #391, and
WHEREAS, said d.tagrAm haa been so deliverad; and

the ttme for completion o!' s111d. assessment expires

NOW, THE~~FORE, in accordance with law, 8E IT
RESOLVEU that the Street Sup•rintendant be granted an
extension of time or ninety (90) days from Au~t 14,
1930, tor completing said asl!less~tmt, and said time
for completing aa1d assessment is extended accordingly.
The Clerk 1a directed to post a copy of thts resolution upon the bu:tletir.~. 'bou1'd at the c1ty hall
upon passage.
