lows:
It is hereby ordered tb.nt the bonds duly authorized
at an election held in the City of Palo Alto for the Acquisi-
tion of the gas and power dlatri bl;. tlng systems .of the PacLfie
Gas E!-nd l!:lectric Co:apany 'be printed. and tb.at the pur•ches1ng
agent 1a hereby author1zf~d to ad.vert.ise for bids on the bonos
for the e.equ.1a1t1on of the gas distributing system of the
Pacific Gas and Llectric Compnny 1n the sum of Seventy-Five
Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), ~~don the bonds issued for the
acq~1s1tion of the power and light distributing systems of
oaid company in the s-..,.m of Sixt-y· Thousand. Dollars ($60,000.00).
The above and foregoing resolution ws.s duly passed
at a regular meeting of the Counc.U of' the City of Palo Alto,
neld on July 14. 1930, by the following vote:
