WBBREAS, on the 14th day or April, 1930, the City
Counc·il authorized a lease to be entered into bl)tween
the C1tJ ot Palo Alto and James M. Ewing to conatruct a
minietur~ golf OOllriO upon the followinS deacr1bed
propertr, to-witt
and
BEGINNING at a point on a line 159.8f. teet
eouthwoaterly from and parallel to the south•

NOW 'lHEREF'ORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the
reeolution heretofore passed on the l·tth da;r of April,
1930, be and the aame is repealed. . .
The Board of Public Works is hereby authorized to
advertise tor bids for· a lease ('If the above aite for the
p·arpo~o of establishing a mtn1a"tlaJJ6 golf oourae.

passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at a regular
meeting held on the 9th of June, 1930) by the following
