RESOlUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENTS UN'!)ER RESOLUTION --....
OF INTENTION NO. 815
The Council of the City cf Palo Alto DO
RESOLVE aa .follows:
WHEREAS, this being the time and place where
any person interested may objeot to tha assessments
made by the Superinte~dent of Streets for the
improvement done under Resolution of Int~nt!cn No.
815, beir~ the improvement of Middlefield Road between
Seale Avenue ancl Embarcadero Road and Lane Eight (8)
between Homer f.'.nd Channing Avewes, re.ferance to which
resolution As hereby madtt for .f'JJ.rth.el" part1ou1Grs, and
it appearing to this City Council thut all ob1ect1ons
haYe ·been overruled;
NOW 'l'HEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND
DETERMINED by the City Council that said work has 'teen
performed according to contract in a good and substantial
manner; that no portion of the work for any reasdn was
omittad or illegally included 1n the contract for the
~arne, th6t the assessment and diagram mBde in pursuance ot this act are correct, as mod!f15d by tht; Council.
WHEP.EFORE all the acts and deterrn.ihat1ons
of the Superintendant of Streets relative to the
asses~1ment and diagrrun be, and the same are hereby
approved, ratified Qnd confirmed ~~d said assessments
shall be the assessments to be paid tothe eontr~ctor
!or s•1tt work.
The above nnd foregoing resolution was duly
passed by the City Council st s regular meeting held
on the 12th day of May, 1930, 'by the following vote~
