RESOLUTION OVJ..:Hl-ttrLING PROTESTS TO &SSE33MEliTS FOR
IMPROVEMENT OF MIDDLEFIELD ROAD:
The council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE
as .follows:
That the protests to the assessments and work
for tne improvement ot Middlefield Road and Lane 8
under Resolution of Intention No. 815 made by Tennie c.
McKinnon and Mary and Margaret Connolly be and the same
are hereby overruled.
The o.bove and foregoing resolution was d1:~.ly
passed by the Council of the City or Palo Alto on the
12th day of May, 1930, by the following vote:
