RESOWTION APPROVING REPORT OF TilE COMMIS310NER3 IN
THE MAT'X'Elt OF' 'l'HE OPENING AND E.x:l'ENDING OF WEBSTER
STRE.S'T UNDER RESOLU'TION Olo' INTENTION NO. 830:
The council of the City o! Palo Alto DO RESO:VE
as :fo llowa:
WHEREAS, the report or the commissioners in the
matter of the widoning of Webster Street and the
~cquia1t1on of land therefore as described in aaid
Resolution of Intention No. 830, to which resolution
for ~~~ther particulars reference io hereby made and
which report was duly filed in the office of the clerk
of the City Council, and notice as provided by law
given for hearing thereon now coming on for hearing before
ihie council, and
WHEREAS, it appears that objections h&ve been made
to said widening by Eulalia Stromquist,
NOW TI!EREFORE, 1t is hereby ordered that said
objections be and eaoh of them are hereby overruled.
NOW TH.ERE'FORE, it is orde:-ed that said report
be and the same is hereby confirmed, approved and ndopt6d,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOL\~D: That the Clerk of this
Council be and he is hereby directed to file 1n the office
of the County Recorder of santa Clara Cow1ty, Cal'ifornia,
a copy of said plat appropriately designated, and said
Clerk is hereby directed to forward to the Super·hrtendent
of Streets of eaid City of Palo Alt~ a eert1f1ed copy or the report, assessment and plat of said Commissioners
ae hereby f1n9.lly confirmed, appro'led and adopted by
this Council.
For further part1c\1lars of the above matter
reference 1s hereby made to Resolution of Intention No.
830, and Resolution No. 850 ordering the work.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly
pasaed on the 12th day of May, 1930, by the following vote:
