The council of the City of' Palo Alto DO :RESOLVE
as follows:
That, 1n the mattor of objections to the work
ami to the report of the Comm1as1one:ra under Resolution
·of Intention No. 830 for the openir~ &nd extending of
Webster Street from Oregon Avenue to the lands of Mrs.
G. E. Emery, this Council f1nda that notices of said
hoaring were duly given ~~d ~ade, and that all parties
w~re before the Council and that Mrs. Eulalia. Strom.:tuts t
appeo.red before the Council and presented the facts of
her case to the Council, Qrld that the Council finds
and therafore orders that all protests to the report of
tho co~n1ss1onars, and all protests of every kind and
natura in rela.t1on to the opening of Webster Street
be and the same are hereby overruled.
The above and forego:i.ng resolution was duly
pa~ued by the Council of tho City of Palo Alto a.t a
regular moat1ng held on the 12th day of May, 1930, by
