ae follows:
That upon the recommendation of the City Planning
Comm1saion ot the City of Palo Alto the Building
Inspector is hereby authorized to grant a non-conforming
'building permit to Joseph Bingham for th~ purpose of
building an addition to his cottage racing on Melville
Avenue, the said addition to bo built on the location
~hown on and in accordance with the plans and specifi-
cations therutore. This permit 1~ granted under and
su"bjeot to Ord.tne.nc6 No. 490 known aa the "Non-
Conforming Bu:S.ld1!1g Ordinance".
