ADJO MEETING OF MARCH 7, 1977
The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date at 7:15 p.m.
in the adjourned meeting of March 7, 1977, with Councilman Carey presiding.
PRESENT: Beawald, Carey, Comstock, Eyerly, Witherspoon
(Clay arrived 7:30 p.m.)
ABSENT: Beahrs, Norton, Sher

Councilman Carey announced that the sole order of business this evening
would be to draw names for the order°of the ballot for the May 10 General
Municipal Election.
Mark Swan, a Cubberley High School student drew the candidates names in
the following order:
1. Gary Fazzino
2. Frances Hallam Brenner
3. John Fredrich
4. Bryan K. Devendorf
5. Ellen Fletchei
6. Peter Boland
7. Don Surath
8. Sarah C. Parrish
9. Harold "Skip" Justnan
10. Donald A. Way
11. RoUert G. Moss
12. John D. Snow
13. Glynn P1 Falcon, Jr.
14. Alan Henderson
15. Terry Burton
16. Charles C. Kubokawa
17. Byron D. Sher
18. Donald W. Spicer
Councilman Berwald commented en the excellence of a film produced by
Los Angles County Schools entitled "True Story of an Election" and
recommended it to those present.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Councilman Comstock moved, seconded by Councilman Witherspoon,
that the meeting be adjourned. The motion passed on a unanimous vote.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
