GRANTING !~TENSION OF TIME TO CONTRACTOR:
The Counci.l of the C1ty of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE
as follows:
1.i.'hat the Street Superintendent or the City of'
Palo Alto be and he is hereby autho:r•ized to grant an
extension oi' time of ninety ( 90) days from and e:f'ter
this date to M. s. HAl·:RAHAN, contractor, for completion
of street improvement under Resolution of Intention
No. 776.
