WHER}:As, the Council of the City of Palo Alto did,
on the 14th day of May, 1930, pas9 ana adopt ita Resolution
of Intention No. 747 relating to certain work proposed to
be done and improvement to be made in said City, as therein
described, under and pur:~ue.nt to the provisions of the
11 improvement Act or 191J., and amendmEmts thert~to, and did
therein provide that s<:lrial bends would be issued there-
under in tho manner provid~d by t:ne ".Lmpro•1ement Bond Act

that the total or aggregate antount of said assessments
unpaid 1s the su.m of $16,189.74;
NOW TREREFORE, in consideration of the pr~mises,
thfl Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby further
resolve as follow3, to-wit:
Section 1. That boncis shall be issued upon the
security of said unpaid assessments ln the ms.i.d amount
o:f ~16,169.74 in accordance with the provisions of said
"Improvement Act of 1'~11" as amended and said "Improvement
Bond Act of 1915" as e.mend~d and under and 'OtJ.rsuant to t:t1~ provhions of said Resolution of Intention No. 747
ana the proeeeuings ther~under duly had and tBken, enid
