INTENTION NO. 776 '
The Co·11.ncil of the City ot Palo Alto DO RESOJ..VE
as follows:
WHEREAS, the Clork of the City of Palo Alto gave
notice ot'tbe filing cf the asaeaament made to cover the
aum due for the work perfox~ed under Resolution of
Intent ion l'lo. '776 for the improvement of Hamil ton Avenue,
Fernando Avenue, Alma Street, Emerson Street, Ramona
Street: R1nconada Avenue, Santa Rita Avenue, and
Wa.shlngton Avenue, which resolution wan passed by th~
t:oun(lil of said c1 t:r on the 8th day of July, 1929,
reference to which is heruby mad~ for further particulars;
and
WH.Ef'.EAS, the ;;,oth day of December, 1929, at the
(;ouncil Chamber nt the City Hall, at the hour of 8 P. 'M.
~~as fixed as the time and place for b.earing any objections
to the proceedlngs of the Superintendent or Streets in
making said assessment for said work done and performed
under said Resolution of Intention No. 776; and
WHEHEAS, no objections have be&n made or filed
aga1n~t eaid assessment;
NOW THERl':FORE, it 1a hereby RESOLVED and determined
by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, that said work
has beer ... performed according to contract, in e. good and
subatantial manner; that no portion or the work for any
reason wes omitted or illegally included in the contract
for the same; that the assessment and diagram made in
pursuance of the provisions of the Improvement Act of
1911, were correct;
WHEREI·'OREi ALL OF THE acta and determinations of
the Street Superintendent rela.tive to said work and
improvement and the asses~mant and diagram be and the
same areo hereby approved, ratified, and confirmed, and
the Street Superintendent is directed. to at;tach his
warrant to said assessment.
I he~eby certify that the foregoing resolution was
hereby adopted by tbe Council of the City uf Palo Alto
at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 30th day of
December, 1929, by the following ,,cte:
