That tbe report of the Commissioners in the
matter ot w1denlng Cowp~r Street between University
Avenue and Hamilton Avenue by the acquisition or a str1o
of land aeven {7) feet wlde on either side of Cowper
Street between said pointe, filed wlth the City Clerk
on th6 2nd day or July, 1929, together with plat
accompanying ea1d report. be not confirmed in ita
present form; and
It is her6by ordered that the commlas1or,ers
make a new assessment, rdport and plat, which shall be
filed and notice given and hearing hnd thereon as 1n
the case of an original report.
The City Clerk 1a directed to publish notice
of the filing thereof for at least ten (10) days in
the 'fJ&ily Palo Alto Times, a da11y newspaper published
an~ circulated in said City.
