WHEREAS the Clerk of tb.t~ City cf Palo Alto gave
notice of the r!11ng of the assessment made to cov~r th6
s\lm due for th(l work performed undar Resolution of
!ntent1on No. 747 for thd improvement of Forest Court,
Ashby Avenue, end Greenwood Avenue, :ih1ch resolution was
ptulsed by the Council on the 14th day of t.l.~y, 1929,

part1culara; and
"~ERX~AS, the llth day of December, 1929, at the
Counc·1l Chamber at the City Hall, at the hour of 7:30
P. M. was f1x~d as the time and plQce for hearing any
objections to the proceeding~ of the S~per1ntendent of
Streets in making said assessment for said work done and
pei'formea under a aid Resolution o.f Intention I~o. '747;
and

resolution of the City Council;

f)llrauanoe of the provisions of the Improvement Act of
