RESOLVE o.s follows: .
WlfERF~AS, objections hav·~ oaen made by property
owners to the assessment made for the improvement of
Forest Court, Ashby ~venue, and Gre~mwood Avenue, under
Re•olut1on of Intention No. 747; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on as.id objections was held
before the City Council on Wednesday December 11th,
and the City Council being fully ~dv1sed in said matter;
NOW THEREF'ORE 1-:E' !3 HEr1::0.:BY OHDF..P.ED that all
objections of every kind and nature filed against said
assessment for said 1mprovemdnt b~ o.nd the same are
hereby denied and overruled.
