That that certain diagram submitted bJ the City
Engineer of the City of Palo Alto showing the property
affected or ben&f1tted by the paving and otherwise
improving, and the work to be dono under Resolution or
Intention .. o. 74'1 of the City of Pnlo Alto, passed on
the 14th day ot I&J, 1929, for tmpr.ovament ot Forest
Court, Ashby and Greenwood Avenues, be and said diagram
is hereby approved and adopted by this C ouncil as the
41agram showing the property to be &ssessed to pay the
expenaea of aald work; and tho City Clerk and Clerk or
this Council is herobf d11•ectea to cert1ty to the tact,
and. the date ot the approval of said diagram, and he 1e
also d1reoted to deliver said diagram so approved, to
the Superintendent of ~tre~t• ot aa1d city, for the
purpose ot making tbe assessment as provided b7 the
Str8et improvement Act or 1911, in aQcordance with the
said Act •
