being Assessment No. 772 of said city as of Karch 4. 1929; and

ot Equalization of the State of California that this property
was classed as opero.t:tve property on March 4. 1929, ll.nd t1,ere-

NOW 'rHE?.EJ?OaE, it is hereby ordered th~t said assess-
ment on the assessment roll be cancelled and that proper credit
