A RESOLUTION FOR RE··ZONING A PORTION OF BWCKS 37 AND

'l'he Gouncil of the City of Pale Alto DO h230VIE
as follows:
WHEREAS, this council has received B recommend-
ation !ro>n the Gi ty Planning Commission recomr:J.end1ng that
all ttJ.at portion of the third residonUal district known
ns Zono C and l;yin.g between the northeaat1:.1rly line of
"'owper 3tr6t~t nn<i the scuthwe5terly line of Wabster :-:.treQt
and bounded on the northwest by the center line of' Block
37 and bounded on the southeast by the center line of
Block 38, be re-zoned. and changed from Zone C to the
~ommerc1al District known as Zone D.
NOV; THEREFORE, this Cou.ncil fixes the 12th day
of August, 19291 at the hour of 8 p. rn. at the council
chamber at the City Hall as the time and place when all
persons interested rnny be k'tea.rd.
