N 0. 767 --- Ol1DERING THE WIDENING 0!1' COWPER STREET UNDER RESOLUTION OP INTENTION NO. 75e The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOL"V"E as followe: THAT WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto did, on the 12th day of Juae, 1929, paas its Rettolu.tion of J.ntention No. 756, d.eclar1ng its 1n.tent1on to order the following atrest work to be done, to-wit: {~ee dd.scr1pt1on in haaolutio.n of Intention !io.756) and, WHEREAS, the aa1d Superintendent of Streets of the City of Palo Alto did thereupon cause notice &r tne passage of said Resolution of Intention to be published for ten days in the manner and form as required by law; and, ~fflEREAS, no objections or protests of any kind or nature have been filed against said work and improve- ment, and it is found that the said Council has juris- diction over the said work and improvement to order the same to be done: NOV~ THEREFORE, lT IS HEl~l!:BY ORDERED, that said work and improvement be done as aforesaid, and a8 spec1f1cally described in said Resolution of Intantion No. 756 of this Council. E. L. Beach, M. H~ Hare and F. M. Shaw are hereby appointed commissioners to assess the benefits and damages and to have general supervision of said proposed work and improvement, until the completion theroof, in compliance w1 th the law. •me above and foregoing resolution was duly passed by the Council at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of July, 1929, by tho following vote: A.YES: NOES: Baugh, Bertsche, Christensen, l:iobo.rt, Johnson, K~lly, Lausten, Reynolds, Tho1ts, Earl Thomas, Mrs. )K.
