July, 1929; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby found that said protests ·ttere not filed w1 thin. the time provided by law; and, ~~REAS, said Council by 1ts sald resolutlon found that the public necess1ry demandad said widening: NOVw, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said protests be and each of them is beraby overruled and denied. The above and foregoing resolution was duly passed by tho council of the City of Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on July 8th, 1929, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: Baugh, Bertsche, Chri9tensen, Hobart, Johnson, Kelly.
