AUTHORIZIIG THE BRINGING Or' A SUIT TO FORECLOSE A UEN:
The (;ounc11 of the C1ty of Palo Alto DO
RESOLVE as follows:
THAT WHEREAS, heretofore, proceedings wore
taken tor the demolition of oerta1n buildings at the
corner of High Str~ot and Lytton Avenue in the City ot Palo Alto aa a p11'blie nuisance, the same being
conuonly knowi as the I.ooke-Pa.ddon property, which
condi t1on or nu.1ssnoe waa cres.ted by tire: and,
WHEREAS, said demolition waa made by the
City of Palo Alto with the consent of the owners and
at the expanse or the City:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the
City Attorney be and 1s hereby authoriz~d to bring
suit in the proper court for the foroolosuro or the
lien given for auch work of demolition.
The above and forego1rtg resolution was intro-
duced at an adjourned meeting or the Council or the
City of Palo Alto held on the 28th day of June, 1929,
and afterwards duly passed on the lat day of July,
1929, by tho following vote:
