as follows:
That 1t ia tne intention ot th.• Council of aa1d City to order the tollow1ns •treet work to be done, to-wit:
Tbat Cowper Street 1n aa1d Cit7, from the south-
easterly line of Un1vera1 ty t.ver.me to the northwesterly
line ot Hamilton Avenue be widened to a un1to:rm width or
14 feet, by the acquisition of a strip of land 7 teet wide
on the northeaaterly and southwesterly propertJ line ot
Cowper Street between said po1nta.
That the land neceaaary and convenient to be
taken tor said purposes ia described as fellowa, to-wit:

Beginning at the point o.r intersection of the
southeasterly line or University Avenue and the north-
easterly line ot Cowper ~treat; thence southaaaterly

to the northwesterly line of Hamilton Avenue; thence
