TO APPLICATION NO. 15602 OF THE PACIFIC GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY BEF~RE THE RAILROAD COMMISSION
OF n!E 3TATE OF CALIFORNIA:
The Board of PubH.e w~rks of tht) C1 ty or
Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the City Eng1.neer and City Attorney be
and are hereby directed to file an answer to Applica-
tion No. 15602 or the Pacific Gas and Electric Company
protesting against the proposed increase or schedule
of rrtas for which gas ~o sold to the City of Palo
Alto and aa1d off1o1ala are hereby further directed in
said answer to ask tor and seat a reduction or the
present wholesale rates fixed by the Railroad Commission
ot tnia Stato for tho sale of gas by said Company
to the City of Pelo Alto.
i hereby certify that the above and foregoing
resolution be passed on the 3rd day of June, 1929, by
the Board of Public works of the City of Palo Alto.

The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO
RESOLVE as follows:
That this Council hereby approves the above
and foregoing resolution or the Board of Public Works
in relation to .Application No. 15602 of the Pe.c1f1c
O~v1 and Electric Company now pending before the
Railroad Commission of this State and authorizes the
said officials and the Mayor of said City to present
said matter of the City of Palo Alto bofore tho Railroad
Commission of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
resolution was duly passed by the City council at an
a.djourned meeting held on June 4th, 1929, by the following
