OFINTENTION NO. 681
The Council of the City of Pa.lo Alto DO
RESOLVE as follows:
That. ~hat certain diagram aubrnitted by the
City ~ng1neer of the City of Palo Alto showing the
prop$rty Qffocted or benefitted by the paving and
otherwise improving, and the work to be done under
Resolution of lntention No. 681 of tne City of Palo
Alto, passed on the 13th day of August, 1~28, be and
said diagram is her·eby approved and· ad.opted by this
~ouncil as tho diagram ahowing tho property to be
a.s:.H)SSOd. to pay the axpens0s of ~aid work; and thtt
City Glerk and Clel"k of t:t.d::3 Council 13 hereby
directed to cort1fy to tho fact, and the date of the
approval of said diagram, and he is also directed to
deliver to said diagram so approved, to the Superintendent
of Strat>tlt of said City, for the pur::-oses of making the
a.s:.H;):isment as provided by the Streut J..mprovt,-,ment Act
of 1911, 1n accordance with said Act.
