RESOLUTION ADOPTING HAP FOR OPENING ALLEY IN BLOCK 50
The Board of. Public works of the City or
Palo Alto do resolve aa follows:
That this Board recommends to tbe City Council
that an alley 20 to 27 teet in width, running in a
northwesterly and SOlltheasterly direction through
Block 50, College Terrace, from Stanford Avenue to
Uxtord Avenue bo opened. and the lsnd necessary
obtained, said alley to bo opened aa shown on map
prepared by the City Engineer ot the City of Palo
Alto, entitled "Map or Block 50, College Terrace, Palo
Alto, California, Showing Proposed Public Alle1 and the
D1atr1ct Benefitted". Sa1d map is adopted for said
purpose.
This Board recommends to the Council that
tbf opening be done under th6 provisions or the 1889
~treot Opening Act on the assessment plan.
Duly passed on the 5th day of November, 1928.
