ov·~HRULING PROTEST AGAINST WORK UNDER RESOLUTION OF
INTENTIOP NO. 717
'IbG Council of the C1 ty of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE
AS follows:
That this Council, having considered the protest
of Hazel Biller McKaig and George R. MeKa1g, dated
February 11, 1929. to the construction or sidewalks and
sidewalk corners on the we~1terly aide of Pope Street
between University Avenue and Hamilton Av~nue, under
Resolution of Intention No. 717, does llereby order that
said protest be and the same is hereby denied And
overruled.
The above and f:>rego1ng resolution was duly passed
by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at a regular
meeting held on February 11, 1929, by the following vote:
