That, WHEREAS, 'Jlh11t Clel"k of the City of Palo Alto
p:ave notice of the f111ng of the assessment made to cover
the sum due for the work nerformed under Resolution of
Intention No. 665 for the improvttment of Channing
Avenue, G·uinda Street and Lincoln Avenue pa.ssed 'by the
Council on the 21st day of May, 1928, and to which
resolution referen.ce is hereby made for further pa:rt1cu.lars;

WHER'i-~AS, before the time of hearing fixed for the
14th day of January, 1929, said Council received ob~ect1ons
s.nd a.pp~als mane by Orla M. Orem, Byron J. Snow, and J. w.
Hall, to and from the asser:~sment made by tho Street
Supe:·intendent for said work; and,
WREREAS, this City Council has duly considered
said objection and appeal: ·
NOW, THEREFORE, I'r IS HEEEBY ORDERED, that the
objections and appe~ls of Orla M. Orem, Byron J. Snow,
and J. w. Hall, to and from said assessm~nt be and the
same are hereby overruled.
