That a hearing upon the recommendation of tho
City Planning Commission for changing se'tback lines in
dlocks 2 and:!-of Subdivision No. '7, Seale 'I'ract, as
described in said recommendation, be and the same is

7:30 p. m. in the City Hall, when all persons
