thnt the ncticn of the Loagu~ of California Municipalities,
at its last m"loting, requeating thu apo.ropriation by the
~tate of not .iess than !1;65,000, for the estebl13hment and
maintenance during the next biennium of t.he proper and
n~1cessary facillties for inves·tigations and resear·ch in
m~thods of sewage and wastes disposal and treatment, b~
and the same is hereby endors(~d and approvtsd and thln
council aoes hereby respectfully urp-t:; th~ l•.!gislature of
the Stato of CAlifornia to Qdoot s~itnble legislation to
accomplish the3~ purposes;
