Atl'TbVRIZING liX:~~CUTION OF RELEASE OF CLAIM AGAINST
MAURICE SAMUELS:
The Council ot the City of Palo Alto to RE~I.VE as
follows:
That E. L. Beach, Clerk of tho City o! Palo
Alto be and he is hereby authorized to sign that certain
release of the City or Palo Alto or a claim against
Maurice Samuels for $63.15, aa1d ~ being the damage
austained by city property caused by said Maurice Samuela •
.')a.id release when signed shall 'bo placed in the hands
or the Cit' Attorney to be by h1m delivered to said
Maurice ~amuels or his legal repreoentat1ve upon the
payment of said awn to the City of Palo Alto.
The above and foregoing resolution was nuly
passed by the Council of the City ot ~alo Alto at a
meeting held on the 13th day of November 1 1928, by the
following vote:
