WHEREAS, the 13th day of November, 1928, at the
counc1l chamber 1n the c1ty hall, at tbe hour of eight
o'clock p.m. was fixed •• the time and place tor bearing
any o b jeo tiona to the proceedings of the Sllperintond•nt
0·1' Strueta in making 1aid a1ueaament tor work done and
performed under said Resolu.tion of Intention Uo. 606; and
WHEREAS, all objection• of every kind and nature,
by all and every person, were dult ~t:.ard and paaaed uJX)n
by this City COuncil at aaid t1mo, and aaid objections
and protests were overruled and denied, and the same are
hereby overruled and denied:
K>W, 'fHEREPORE, 1t is hereby REOOLVED and determined
b7 the Council ot the City ot Palo Alto that the said
work baa been performed according to contract, in a good
and ou.batantte.l manner; that no portion of tbe work was
for any reason omitted 4.r 1llegall7 included in the
contNtct for the aame; that the aaue1sment an4 diagram
were made in pursuance ot the prov1a1ons or tbe Im~rovement
Act or 1911 and were oo1•rect; wherefore all of the acts
and determinations ot the Street Superintendent
relative to aaid work and improvement, and th$ asseasment
and diagram be and the same are hereby ~pproved, ratified
and. confirmed ..

was duly passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto
at a regular meeting held on tne 13th day of Novembor,
