as follows:
THAT WltEREAS 11 certain property owners have
tiled proteata againet the diagram and aaseeament and
e•pecially the extent or the diatrict formed under
Resolution ot Intention 606 passed by the said
Council on the 9th day ot Janua:rr, 1928, tor the
construction ot storm water aewera on the Mayfield
D1atr1ct; and,
WHEREAS. all proteata ot property ownera
filed. in writing with the City Clerk ot the Cit1 ot
Palo Alto prior to the bour of aignt o'clock p. m.
on tbe 13th day or November, 1929, have been tully
hes.rd and considered by the C!ty Council:
H)W, THERE~RE. 1t i.e hereby ORDERED that
all proteets and objection•, of every kind and
nature, by all and every person, to the diagram and
asseasment and to th~ extent or the dietriot to be
assessed tor said work be 8nd the eame are hereby
overruled and denied.
The above and foregoing resolution waa duly
passed by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto
at a regular meeting held on the 13th day or
November, 1928, by the following vote:
