APPFOVING D~GRA~4 DISTRICT PLAN:
The Council of the City of Palo Alto ro RESOLVE as follows:
That the diagram submitted by the City Engineer
on 0QtObt3r 8, 1928, on thtl property affected or
benefitted by the construction of storm water sewero
as described in Resolution or Intention No. 806,
i\dopted by the Council o.f the C1 ty ot Palo Alto on
the 9th day of January, 1928, to which resolution
of Intention for further particulars ref0rence is
hereby maae, and to be assessed to pay the ex~enses
of said work, be and the srune 1a hereby approved by
t:tH1 Council of the City of Palo Alto; and the Clerk
of said Council 1s h~reby directed to certify the
fact and date of such approval, and 1a also directed
to dalivor saic diagram so approved, to the
Supor1ntsndent of Stre~ts of said City as tho diagram
to bt) used 1n making the as sea aments for said work.
The Daily Palo Alto Times, n daily newspaper
published and circulated 1r. t.he City of Palo Alto,
is hereby O.esignat6d e.s tho newspaper in which notice
or hearing on the assessmonts made, shall ~a
published.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly
paasad at a meeting or th~ Coun~il or the Cit7 of
Palo A1to held on the 8th day of Octobar, 1920, by the
