REU'riNG TO INSTALLATION OF GATES AT CHURCHILL
CFDSSINO OYER THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RIGHT OF WAY.

REroLVE ao follows:
That upon the recommendation or the Board of
Public Sa!ety of the City of Palo Alto this Council
hereby requests that the :louthern Pacific Company
install g~tea at the Churchill Avenue crossing and
that if necessary an order be obtained from the
Railroad (;omm1ssion of the State of California for
this purpose.
Duly passed by the rollow1n~ vote, by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto at an adjourned
meeting held on Au~1st 29, 1928:
