APPf~VING DIAGRAM DISTRICT PLAN:
The Council of the City of Palo .Alto 00
REOOLVE rus follows:
That the diagram submitted by the City
~ng1nuer, on August 29, 1928, or the property affected
or bene!!tted by the paving and otherwise improving
Stanford AvenQe, between the northeasterly eurbl1ne
and the center of said roadway, including street
1nterseet1or.a from the northeasterly line or Amherst
~t:raet t.o the southwesterly line of J:.l Camino Real,
as described in R&sclut1on of Intention No. 584,
adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on
the 24th day of OctobtJr, 1927, and to be aaaesaed to
pay the expenses of said work, be and the same is
hereby app1•oved by the Council of the City or Palo
Alto; and the Clerk or the said councll is hereby
directed to certify the fact and date of such
approv8l 1 and he is also directed to deliver said
diagram, ao approved, to the Superintendent of Streets
of aaid City, aa the diagram to be used in making
as8eosments for such work •
The above and foregping resolution was duly
passed by the council or the City or Palo Alto at an
adjourned regular meeting held on the 29th day of
