AOOPTING REPORT OF CODISSIONERS IN THE KA.TTER OF

The Council of the City of Palo Alto to RESOLVE
as fo llowa:
That the report of the commissioners in the
matter ot widening ot Aahby Avenue 1n aa.1d City, from
the southerly line of Hamilton Avenue to the northerl1
line ot Channing Avenue to a uniform w1~th ot 60 teet
by the aequ1a1 t1on of a strip of land 10 feet wide on
the eaeterly side of Ashby Avenue between said points,
f1led in the office of the Clark of the City Council
on the 23rd day of July, 1928, together with a plat
aoco~panying said report be, and they are hereby
confirmed, approved and adopted. Fbr a more particular
deacr1pt:lon or aa1d wcrk, reference 18 hereby made to
~esolution of Intention No. 647 of the City Council.
This ~ouno11 finds that no objections or
prot&sta to said report have been made, and be 1t
further
RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City and
the Clerk. of this Cou.ncil be and he 18 hereby directed
to filein: .the office o! the county Recorder of Santa
Clara Co-u.nty, cal1.forn1a, e copy of said plat,
appropriately designated; and "aid Clerk is hereby
rlirected to forward to tklo Stroet ~l.per1ntendent of
said City of Palo Alto, e certified co~y of the report,
asaessment and plat of said commissioners, as hereby
finally confirmed, approved end adopted by this
Council.
The above and foregp1ng resolution was duly
passed at an adjourned l!egular meeting or tl'le Council
on the 29th day of August, 1928, by the following vote:
