TRANSFERRING FUNDS:
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO
REOOLVE as follows:
That the follo•·1ug sums set forth 1n the
budget of 1928-1929, to-wit:
{a) The sum o! '5000.00 from the surplus
earnings of the municipal power plant !or a new power
~lant site and development, as shown on page 11 of
the budget, is hereby tre.nsf$rred to the general fund,
to be reappropriated therefz~m for said $~ec1f1c
purpose:
(b) The sum of $20,000.00 from the surplus
earnings of the municipal power plar1t for the purchAse
of Mayfield power distribution system, as shown on
page 12 of the budget, is hereby transferred to the
gtmeral fund to be reappropriated therefrom fer aa1d
specific purpose:
{c) The sum or $5,000.00 from the surplua
earnings or the municipal gas plant for reclfJJne.tion
work, for gaa plant site, as shown on page 13 of the
budg~t is hereby transferred to the general fund to
be ree.ppropriat~d therefrom for 6atd specific purpose.
(d) The sum of $20,000.00 from 'the surplus
earnings or the municipal gas plant, for the purchase
of the Mayfield gks distributing aystem, as shown on
page 14 or tne budget is hereby transferred to the
general f'nnd to be reappropriated thoref'rom for said
specific purpoae.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly
passed by the Council of the City of Pe.lo Alto at a
called meeting held on the 25th day of July, 1928, by
the following wte:
