APPOOVING ASSESSMENT FOR UlPOOVEMENT OF WEBSTER
AND KELLOGG DRAINAGE DISTRICT:
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City or Pnlo Alto
gave notice of the f111ng of the assessment made
to cover the sum due foz· thti! wor·k performed under
Raaol~tion of Intention No. 618 for the improvement
of the W.;,bster and K~lloge; Drainnge District, which
:resolution was passed by the Council on th.e 16th
day of January, 1928, re!eronce to which is hereby
made for further particulars; and,
WHEREAS, the 23rd day of July, 1928, at the
council chamber at the c..ay hall, at the ho·u:r of
eight p. m. was fixed na tho time and place for
hearing any objections t<:> tho proceedings of the
Superintendent of Streets 1n making said assessment
for work done and performe<i under• said Resolution of
Inttlntio.n No. 618; and,
WHEREAS, no objections have been made or f1~ed
against said assessment:
NOW, THERERH<E, 1 t 1 s here by REOO LVED and
determined by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
that said work has been performed according to
contract, in a good and substantial manner; that
no portion of the work for any reason was omitted
or illegally included in the contract for the same;
that th•~ assessment and diagram made in pursuance
of the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911
were correct; wherefore ~11 of the acts and deterrnins-
tiona of the ~treet Supur1ntsndant relative to said
wo~k and improvement and the asse~3ment and diagram
be and the same are hereby approvedt rat1f1od and
confirmed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was hereby adopted by the Council of the City of
Palo Alto at an adjourned regular meeting held on the
23rd day or July, 1928, by the following vote:
