APPH>VING ASSESStaHT FOR IMPIDV'ElffiNT OF EM:&~ROON AND
FUL'.roN STREETS:
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City or Palo Alto
gave notice of the filing of ~ne assegament made to
cover the sum due for the work performed under
Re-.,lut1on of Intention No .. 615, for the improvement
ot A~erson and ~lton Streetu, which resolution was
passed by the Council on the 15th da7 of January,
1928, reference to which 1s hereby made for further
particulars; and,
WHEREAS, the 23rd day of July, 1928, at the
council chamber at the city hall, at the hour or
eight P. H. was fixed as the time and place tor hearing
any objections to the proceedings of the Superintendent
of Streats in making said asssasment for •ork done and
performed under .said Reaolutioll of Intention No. 615;
and,
WHEREAS, no objections have been made or riled
against said assessment:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is her·eoy RESOLVED and
d6term1ned by the Council of the City of Palo ~lto,
that ae.id work has be~n performed according to eontrac t,
1n a. good and substMtial manner; t .... at no portion of
the work for any reason was om1ttod or illegally
included in the contract for the same; that the assess-
ment and diagram made in pursuance of tha prov1a1one
of the Improvement Act of 1911 ware correct; where-
fora all the acts and determinations of the Street
Superintendent relative to said work and improvement
.and the assessment and diagram be and the same are
hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was hereby adopted by the Council of tt1e City ot
Pe.lo Alto at an adjourned reg-ular meeting held on the
23rd day of July, 1928, by the following vote:
